Andy made us a video for Gecko (using the software he wrote ZS4)! Check it out...

Here's a couple videos we made from our homecoming show:

Thanks to everyone who came out to our shows last weekend at the Al Whittle Theatre! We were so happy to share our adventures and our new songs with our hometown audience. We will be making some video from the Saturday night show and posting it here shortly! In the meantime here is a photo taken by Bruce Dienes on Friday night.
And in other news, we're very excited to be making some appearances at the Acoustic Maritime Festival on July 17, 18, 19, and 20th along with several other great local acts :) This is a wonderful acoustic festival on the Kempt Shore at Peterson's Campground.

Here is a video we compiled of footage from some of our shows in China. These videos were taken in Beijing, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, and Sias International University (where we had an audience of thousands in the Roman amphitheatre). Check out the chinese song in the middle. Our friend Su wrote the lyrics!

After we left India, we traveled to Hong Kong where we played a show in a place called Backstage. It was a wonderful night and we were so happy to see friends from home there. We even met one Nova Scotian who was sent by another friend! We stayed in an area of Hong Kong that is apparently one of the most densely populated on the planet. That was a little squishy but at least we got the chance to go visit our brothers' family while we were there.

After Hong Kong we crossed the border and took a train to our first destination on the mainland, a modern city called Shenzhen. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our hotel rooms. They were very luxurious compared to Hong Kong and we were well taken care of by our gracious host, Little Gun. The next three nights were amazing. The boss loved us so much at the first show that he arranged us to play in another town two nights later, and each show brought out more people than the one before as the word spread. Each night after the concert and following the party at the bar, we would go out with our hosts and a pile of new friends to eat dinner at 1 in the morning. Yay, so good to be in China!

Hello from Goa, India! Ask Your Sister is currently on a composition retreat here in Arambol. We've been very busy all month working on a new show including lots of new songs, several reworks of old originals and a few choice covers. There are many places right in town here for us to test out the new act, as well as the opportunity to perform at the Night Market in Arpora, a huge market that takes place every Saturday night. You can check out some clips in this video:

We also got a few photos of the band taken by Neil Conway, Francoise Chu and Jegan Vincent DePaul.

Stay tuned for more footage from India before we make our next move: China! Our first show will be in Hong Kong on March 1st so if you know anyone there that would be interested in attending, please let them know.
